Tags

Tags are short labels you can attach to leads — independent of their status — to slice your pipeline by source, intent, product line, or whatever else you care about.

A lead can have many tags. A tag can be applied to many leads. Use them liberally.

Common tag patterns

  • Source: web-form, referral, walk-in, cold-list, event-pune-2026
  • Intent: hot, warm, nurture
  • Product: plan-pro, plan-starter
  • Owner / squad: squad-north, enterprise

Managing tags

Tags can be created two ways:

  1. Ad-hoc while editing a lead — type a new label in the tags field and it’s saved on first use.
  2. In Webhook Key settings — the Default Tags field on a webhook key means every lead captured through that webhook is auto-tagged.

There is no dedicated Tags admin page — tags grow organically as your team uses them. If you want a clean tag list, ask an admin to audit and rename in bulk via support.

Filtering by tag

The Leads page has a Tags filter chip. Pick one or many tags to filter. The same filter is on Reports for break-downs by tag.
