Lead lifecycle

A lead is a prospect your team plans to contact. The journey from “new lead arrives” to “lead is now a paying customer” is what we call the lead lifecycle. In Calliyo it has five stages:

Each stage corresponds to one or more lead statuses (the pipeline columns you defined in Settings → Status).

The default mapping

If your company customised the pipeline, the statuses may differ but the lifecycle is the same.
