Settings reference
The Settings page is where company admins configure how Calliyo works for their team. Open it from the sidebar (the gear icon).
Most pages in this section require the company admin role. Regular agents won’t see the Settings menu item at all.
Settings is organised into six tabs. Each one has its own page in this guide:

| General | Company name, logo, GST, phone, address, timezone |
| Lead statuses | The stages a lead moves through |
| Notifications | In-app alerts for missed calls and follow-ups |
| Integrations | WhatsApp, webhooks, email, call recording, etc. |
| API tokens | Bearer tokens for third-party CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, custom tools) |
| Configurations | Daily call targets, auto-assignment, lead top-up, auto-removal |
The other admin areas — Users, Roles, Branches, Departments, Billing — live in their own sidebar items but are documented here as part of the admin reference.
URL anchors
Each tab has a URL parameter so you can bookmark or share a specific section:

Most tabs have a single Save Changes button that persists every field on the tab. The Configurations tab is stricter — each sub-section (auto-assignment, top-up, auto-removal) has its own Save and asks for your password before applying changes.
