Configurations — automated lead management
Settings → Configurations (?tab=configurations)
This tab controls the automated side of Calliyo: how leads flow to agents each day, the daily call target, and when stale leads get cleaned up.
Each section on this tab requires you to confirm your password before saving. This is intentional — these settings affect every agent’s queue and shouldn’t change accidentally.
Daily call target
The number of calls each agent is expected to make per day. Shown:
- At the top of the Agent dashboard as a progress bar.
- In Reports as the baseline for the day’s call coverage.
This is a soft target — Calliyo doesn’t block agents who exceed it. It’s a goal, not a cap.
Show customer to
Who can see the Customers page?
- All — every user with the
managementpermission sees every customer. - Agent Only — agents only see customers whose original lead was assigned to them.
Pick Agent Only if you want agents to focus on their own conversions and not see the wider customer base.
Auto lead assignment
Calliyo can automatically redistribute leads to agents on a schedule. Enable the toggle and configure:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Auto-reassign leads with status | Multi-select. Leads on any of these statuses become eligible for reassignment. Typically: Unassigned, Not Picked, Missed. |
| Reassign at | Time of day (in your company timezone) the job runs. Pick a time before your agents start their day. |
Click Run Now to trigger the job immediately. The status panel shows the last run’s outcome:
Last run: 2026-05-11 09:00 IST — 42 leads assigned across 6 agents, 3 unassigned (agents at cap).“Agents at cap” means more leads were eligible but every agent already had their Lead cap worth of leads. Raise the cap (in the user record) to distribute more.
Daily lead top-up
Different problem from auto-assignment. Top-up runs every morning and fills each agent’s queue up to their lead cap — pulling in fresh, unassigned leads to replace ones they’ve already worked.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Top-up at | Time of day the top-up job runs. |
Leads carried over from yesterday are kept on the agent’s queue first, then new leads top up to the cap.
Auto-assignment and top-up can run on the same day. Auto-assignment redistributes stale leads; top-up refills queues. Most teams enable both, with top-up after assignment.
Auto removal
For housekeeping. Removes leads from agents’ queues if they’ve been sitting on a chosen status for too long.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Auto remove leads with status | Multi-select of statuses eligible for removal. |
| After days | Number of days a lead must have been on that status to qualify. Minimum 1. |
| Remove at | Time of day the job runs. |
“Removal” here means the lead is unassigned (sent back to Unassigned) and becomes eligible for re-distribution. Lead data is not deleted.
