The guide tracks the way a lead actually moves through Calliyo:
Capture → Assign → Call → Follow up → ConvertEach step has its own page with screenshots and the exact fields you’ll see in the app. If a step looks different in your account, your company admin may have customised the pipeline — see Lead statuses.
Conventions used in this guide
- Navigation steps look like: Leads → Add lead → Save.
- Field names are written exactly as they appear in the UI.
- Tips and gotchas are called out in coloured callouts.
- Screenshots show the default Calliyo theme — your colours may differ.
