Mobile app (Android)
The Calliyo Android app is built for field and inside-sales agents who need to work leads from a phone. It mirrors the web app’s lead lifecycle but is optimised for one-handed use, native calling, and offline-friendly behaviour.
Package: com.calliyo.io. Available from the Play Store, or via direct APK
for teams that side-load.
What’s in the app
Five tabs at the bottom of the screen:

| Call History | Every call you’ve logged |
| Settings | Profile, dark mode, call recording, check-out, logout |
Plus a couple of supporting screens you’ll see at specific moments:
- Today’s Follow-ups — opened from Tasks via the follow-up icon
- Call Feedback — opens automatically the moment a call ends
- Attendance — gating screen on every fresh launch until you check in
How it relates to the web app
The mobile app is a focused agent view of the same Calliyo company. Your admin sets up users, roles, lead statuses, and scripts on the web; the mobile app reads those settings and gives agents a phone-first workflow on top.
Anything an agent does on mobile — calls, follow-ups, status changes, notes — appears immediately in the web app’s Reports and Leads list.
Admins do not use the mobile app for company-wide management. Use the web app for Settings, Users, Roles, and Billing.
